Boot Camp is the ultimate fitness session.
Outdoor innovative functional training which works your cardio, core and physical fitness like no other.
Functional Training which incorporates body weight training, with the use of tyres, ropes, sandbags, parachutes and lots more.
We maintain social distance at all sessions and have hand sanitizer available for use.
Safety is our number one priority, as we take precautions necessary to ensure that every participant is safe, at all times.
All exercises can be modified if you are injured.
Boot Camp is a great way, to train safely, meet new fitness friends and become the fittest and healthiest you have ever been.
